Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Shopify app and its integration with Google Drive. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
The app enables Shopify store owners to upload and manage media files via a secure integration with Google Drive. You agree to use this functionality strictly for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the app or engage in activities that:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Introduce malicious code or disrupt the app's functionality.
2. Google Drive Access
Upon connection of your Google Account, the app creates and interacts only with a dedicated folder namedSheets Feed App in your Google Drive. The app does not access or modify any files outside this folder. All operations are authorized through Google's official API and respect scoped access permissions.
3. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Shopify and Google account credentials. Any actions taken through your connected accounts are deemed to be authorized by you. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption of access tokens and strict permission boundaries. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
5. Termination of Use
You may disconnect the app at any time via your Shopify admin or through your Google Account Permissions page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or illegal activity.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion to reflect legal, functional, or security changes. Continued use of the app after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated through the app or via your registered email.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or service failure, arising from your use or inability to use the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
